Jake Shane is bringing his viral “Pilates shakes” to Alo’s fitness app.

The content creator and podcaster has teamed with Alo Wellness Club for “Shake & Train With Jake Shane: Strength x Pilates,” a four-part workout series launching July 13. Filmed aboard the Alo Voyage on the Mediterranean Sea, the program combines strength training and Pilates in short classes.

“A few years ago, I never would’ve imagined that fitness would become such a meaningful part of my life,” Shane said in a statement. “Training at the Alo Wellness Club completely changed my relationship with working out. It stopped feeling like something I had to do and became something I genuinely looked forward to.”

Each of the four workouts runs approximately 10 minutes and targets a different area of the body: Full Body Flow, Glutes + Core, Arms + Core and Core. Shane is joined by Alo director of fitness Louis Chandler Joseph and Alo Wellness Club Pilates instructor Bianca Wise, who lead the exercises alongside Shane’s comedic quips.

The collaboration draws on Shane’s own fitness journey, which he has increasingly documented online. After building his following through comedic TikTok videos and A-list friend friend group, Shane has expanded into podcasting with “Therapuss,” featuring guests including Selena Gomez, Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner and Paul Rudd. The podcast also joined Netflix’s video podcast lineup earlier this year.

The series arrives as Alo continues expanding beyond apparel and its brick-and-mortar wellness clubs. The company removed the subscription fee from its Alo Wellness Club app in December 2025, making its library available at no cost to users with an account. The platform currently offers more than 4,000 on-demand classes and 300 programs spanning Pilates, yoga, strength training, mindfulness and recovery.

“Shake & Train With Jake Shane” will be available exclusively through the Alo Wellness Club app beginning July 13. Access is free through the company’s Alo Access loyalty program.
