Welcome to the Hot List! A monthly column from fashion sourcer extraordinaire Gab Waller. As a professional personal shopper to some of the best-dressed girls—she gets about 100 requests a day to track down hard-to-find wares!—Waller spends her days sourcing the most in-demand fashion and accessories. I mentioned during the interview that business has never been better. My requests are at an all time high, and I love being able to share my monthly sourcing requests. We have some real gems this month, unified by one consistent theme: color!
Let’s dive into the data, and see what my most requested pieces this month are.
Are we all collectively ready for Dôen to take over our feeds again this summer season? I certainly am, and am kicking off with their newest sleeveless top. The easiest add-to-cart moment I’ve experienced of late.
My bestselling sunglasses style this past month, the 1967C Khaite x Oliver Peoples frame in black. Although currently sold out in this color (my DMs are ready for you), the clear citrine is still available to shop immediately.
It pains me to link pieces that you’re unable to shop right away. Although the Estelle bag in the smaller size has been the most requested, I’m linking to the slightly larger size so that you can make it yours right away. An excellent summer tote that you’re guaranteed to get unlimited wear out of.
Speaking of footwear, requests have begun trickling in for the newest style from the Isabel Marant x Havaianas collab. Produced in both black and white, these puffy, studded sandals were an instant hit.
Khaite’s animal print pieces, including both leopard and snake, continue to trend heavily; they frequently pop into my DMs. This month, I’m linking to the brand’s all new Liria ankle strap heel. Already showing sold out and low stock across various sizes, I’m anticipating this will be a popular summer style.
There is no monthly installment without Saint Laurent—they continue to remain one of my top five most requested brands. Their newest swimsuit style—a cutout one-piece featuring the brand’s initials in gold hardware—is guaranteed to sell out.
If Christopher Esber’s shoe success last summer is any indiction (see: their bestselling Jo jelly flip-flops), I’m predicting the new Palma—a leather thong sandal with a raffia footbed—to be another runaway hit. With a full size run still available, now is the time to act.
A proving popular style that is available now, but blink, and they may be gone. Leave it to Alaïa to provide us with one of season’s It summer shoe styles. Available also in white, I’ve had several clients requesting to purchase both.
Perhaps one of the cutest skirts I have seen Miu Miu produce in recent seasons. I spotted this and immediately added it to my cart. It’s crafted from a lightweight linen, with the subtle Miu Miu logo making the perfect finishing touch.
Another proving popular style from The Row has entered the chat. We are going to see these everywhere in the coming weeks, worn by many. I’m anticipating that they will sell out, especially in the white.
Miu Miu’s newest addition to their cowboy hat lineup features an attached leather hatband for the first time. With these styles continuing to sell out (the raffia remains my most requested one!), now is the time to jump on it if your size is showing available. Yeehaw!
Introducing The Row’s latest handbag that I’ve seen an immediate spike in demand for: the Idaho, now produced with longer shoulder straps. I personally purchased this and have already gotten so much wear out of it. It’s the best everyday shoulder bag—and also comes in khaki.
The perfect linen top is a summer must-have, and you need look no further than this option from Prada to have you sorted. Already proving popular and set to only increase in demand in the coming weeks.
It is perhaps surprising that Maison Margiela doesn’t make it onto The Hot List more often, I have featured a couple of pieces over the years, but no style has received the immediate demand that their newest confetti flat has. When I say immediate, I truly mean immediate! Requests started flowing in the moment they dropped, for both the white and PVC style. These are guaranteed to sell out.
Christopher Esber and summer dressing go hand in hand. The color on this gathered mini dress—a vivid aquatic blue—is breathtaking, not to mention, it’s an easy-to-pack style any upcoming travels.
If there is one heel you need to add to your wardrobe this season, let it be these. A must-have that will take every summer look seamlessly from day to night. I’m told they are extremely comfortable, I just ordered a pair for myself and can’t wait for them to arrive.
It’s always a Miu Miu summer! I knew there would be quite a few Miu Miu requests in this month’s column. Chief among them is this sweet eyelet cami. I’d personally style it with my vintage Levi’s for effortless ease.
Another very easy to style Miu Miu piece for the warmer months ahead. It was produced in two color combinations, and definitely screams “sold out”.
Introducing Loro Piana’s latest sandal, the Ida, in a very fun color for summer. Produced in teal (pictured, favorite!), black, and tangerine, these are an easy and fun addition to your summer wardrobe.
Finishing with the one style from Magda Butrym that has made its way into my DMs this past month. Multiple requests have been received, so if you spot your size, don’t hesitate.

A collab worthy of kicking off this month’s Hot List: Hunza G is no stranger to making an appearance in my list, so I was ecstatic to see that they have teamed up on a very strong swim collab with Burberry. My favorite part of all is that their pieces are one size. I’m ready to debut these in Europe this summer!
A proving popular style from Acne Studios right now. It has been some time since I have featured an Acne Studios piece in my Hot List, so I am very excited that this cropped trench coat has made it in. It’s not hard to see why it’s in demand: the fit is incredibly versatile, moves easily in-between seasons, and comes at a really reasonable price point.
The cutest, most fun summer look from Loewe that also comes with a matching skirt! (If you’re not already sensing a theme, it’s all about fun and color!) Summer truly can’t come quick enough.
I’m ready for the Chloé summer to begin! There are so many amazing pieces to mention, but I will admit I audibly gasped when I saw this dress. The color is worth mentioning, but the overall style and fit makes this the dress you want to slip on throughout these warmer months ahead.
Saint Laurent’s newest shoe style has caused quite the frenzy in my DMs. Set to be a very popular style for the months ahead, it plays on Saint Laurent’s now iconic extended toe in a beautiful dark grey hue. Best of all, it was also produced in two other colors: cuba gold and pecan brown.
