Beauty Marks: The Best Beauty Looks of the Week

Color continues to dominate, from opulent ’80s pink to dreamy shades of pastel, while glam teams got precise with eyes and lips. From Priyanka Kedia to Adela, these are the week’s best beauty looks.

The Story

Welcome back to Beauty Marks: Vogue’s weekly edition of the best moments in celebrity beauty, from Vogue editors’ IG feeds, and all the glam of the fashion and pop culture landscapes. Each week, we curate the nail art to pin for your next nail appointment, new recruits to ‘Team Bob’, and major red carpet moments from the week’s most glamorous affairs. As always, it’s as much about celebrity beauty as it is about the makeup artists, hairstylists, and nail artists, as well as the creators crafting the trends you’re about to see everywhere.

This week, the best beauty looks were all about precision: eyes were elongated with expertly applied liner, cupid’s bows accentuated to heavenly dimensions, cheeks chiseled like marble. Take Demi Lovato’s geometrically pleasing eye, and Renée Downer’s awe-inspiring cheekbones.

Elsewhere, color continues to dominate: makeup artist Lisa Michalik embraced all things ’80s and opulent, while Adéla and FKA twigs embraced flirty fuchsia as the hot-girl summer hair shade. Jorja Smith leveled up the pastel eyeshadow trend, and Jennifer Stone amplified the auburn.

Scroll through the week’s best of celebrity beauty and pop culture’s glam below, and head to the app to vote for your favorite.

Where to look first? Those sculpted brows, the perfectly shaped and smoky eye, a deftly applied contour, or chilli red lip? All by Allan Avendaño. Matthew Collins matches the vibe with her feathered, flipped auburn ’do.

The end of Ted Lasso press tour is all tied up in an adorable custom-made hair bow by Andrew Ly, who styles Tanya’s textured mini-bangs and romantic, layered waves. (Complementing her excellent Nastyamasha look, too.) Makeup, by Lisa Houghton, is skin-forward, accentuating her natural brows and English rose complexion.

Perfect pastel work by Jaime Diaz, because who doesn’t love an icy blue eye right now? Diaz adds some depth and dimension with a more lilac upper lid gradient and doe-eye lashes. Hair, by Evalyn Denis, is all bombshells braids and volume. Peep those cherry red nails by Mel Shengaris, too.

This particularly shade of flirty fuchsia should just be remained Adéla pink, now. With celebrity colorist Matt Rez on hand, the pop star has deepened the soft sugar-pink to something more high-octane.

A geometrically precise eye is offset by expertly applied highlight and softly diffused blush, by Loftjet. Fitch Lunar sweeps Demi’s voluminous hair into a deep, nostalgic side part.

A big week for the pink haired avant popstars. FKA twigs tours Seoul with siren smoky eyes and platinum blonde lengths heavily dappled with a shocking pink shade.

Halle Berry enjoyed her 60th birthday with some beachside ready beauty. The key to that fantastic flippy bob she’s kept up since cutting it in the spring? The Christophe Robin Regenerating Serum with Prickly Pear Oil: a finishing and repair serum that smoothes frizz and split ends and protects against the heat—a must for beach vacations.

True ’80s opulence: that blush placement! The candy pink lip! By Lisa Michalik.

A poreless complexion, cheeks cut like marble, and a ’90s lip by makeup artist Andrea Ventura.

Pretty Pri! With high-shine hair by Rena Calhoun. Makeup—a softly elongated eye, a multi-dimensional and glossy nude lip—by Pircilla Pae.
