Here Are Taylor Swift’s Best Beauty Looks—Which Will She Choose for Her Wedding?

We tried to choose 13 of Taylor Swift’s best beauty looks—but there were just too many. We’ll add one more when she officially weds Travis Kelce.

The Story

If the rumors are true, today is Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding day. And while the big day has (mostly) been shrouded in mystery, there’s one thing we can trust will make an appearance: Swift’s beauty codes.

Since we first met the Swfit in 2006, the singer has dazzled with her signature blonde bangs, bold red lip that we already know are completely kiss-proof, and statement eyeliner perfectly pointed into a cat eye. (A look she’s so dedicated to that it even made it into 2022’s “Vigilante Shit,” “Draw the cat eye, sharp enough to kill a man”)

So, what beauty look will Swift choose for her big day? Only time will tell. But we looked into our beauty crystal ball to highlight some of the singer’s greatest looks through the years in an attempt to make a prediction.

We wanted to just choose 13, but truly, there were just too many good ones to choose from.

Wavy side-parted locks and a berry-red lip.

For the Met Gala’s Manus X Machina exhibition, Swift went platinum blonde and experimented with an oxblood lip.

A fluffy fringe, a bright red lip and flushed cheeks.

Angelic ringlets, a deep side-part, and a blush lip were Swift’s trademark in 2009.

Taylor does matchy-matchy makeup with a pillarbox red lip and dress combo at Billboard’s Sixth Annual Women in Music event in 2011.

At the American Music Awards in 2012, Swift wore a ladylike chignon with an eye-grazing fringe and glossy lip.

An electric red lip and soft S-waves made for a subtle nod to Christmas at Kiss FM’s Jingle Ball in 2012.

While making an appearance on Seth Meyers, Swift kept her glam warm and neutral.

Nothing sets off crystal blue eyes like a desert-hued eyeshadow and fluttery lashes, as Swift proves at the People’s Choice Awards in 2013.

Smoky grey eyeshadow and a pulled-back ponytail complemented Swift’s heavily embellished neckline at the Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in 2013.

Swift works the Met Gala’s red carpet with a graphic charcoal eye and textured hair.

Swift does high octane glamour at the MTV Video Music Awards with kiss curls and a punchy red lip.

A vision of elegance, Swift wore a deep side parting and magenta lip at the Winter White Gala in London.

A vintage-inspired bob to pair with a vintage-inspired dress.

At the 57th Grammy Awards, Swift wore her hair in a choppy bob, complete with side fringe.

Tousled hair, a full fringe and lots of eyeliner made for a cool look at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in 2015.

A pulled-out, winged liner and slicked-down fringe made for a punk Swift at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2015.

A lucky red lip, which made many appearances while cheering on Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs.

Adopting her favorite red hue, Swift also chopped her bob to chin length for the 58th Grammy Awards in 2016.

A vision in bronze hues, Swift matches her eyes to her cheeks and her killer tan.

A feline flick adds a ’60s edge to Swift’s beehive at the 2018 American Music Awards.

A floral headpiece and wispy fringe make for a rather ethereal Swift.

Proof that pinks and purples on the face really do work, Swift wears soft pastel hues on her eyes and lips at the Billboard Music Awards.

A peach lip and soft, natural hair make for a pared-back Swift.

At the 2021 Grammy Awards, Taylor kept her hair in a classic bun and complemented the warm tones of her dress with her rosy-hued glam.

Swift revived a signature looks for the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards: A classic blue-red lip and black liquid cat eyeliner with the addition of sparkling crystal face gems around the eyes.
