What's the difference between Premium and Pro?
Premium is free and unlocks the core XOTLIST experience. Pro adds 24-hour early access to every article, zero ads, a Pro badge, a 2× Xot Cred multiplier and theme preferences.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, any time with no questions asked. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
You keep your free account and Premium access. Your Xot Cred, takes and history stay intact. You just lose the Pro-specific features.
Do I need a separate account for Pro?
No — Pro upgrades your existing XOTLIST account. If you don't have one yet, you'll create a free account first then upgrade to Pro.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. We never store your card details.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can switch plans from the billing portal at any time. Stripe will prorate the difference.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have an issue, reach out and we'll sort it. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of billing.
